laptop wont turn on

after i pressed the power button, the caps lock is blinking 3.3 (beep) and thats it. wont turn on.

Usually, 3 blinks indicate a problem with the memory.

First, try performing a power reset on the notebook:

Power Reset your Laptop​

Next, I would try reseating the RAM module, you can even try the other slot. See if it works. You could also try with a known good stick of RAM,
