mother board repairing

Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Mother board power supply problem, it is dead, when battery is inserted the indicator led will glow in amber colour and if removied led will glow white, panel is dead. (15 r78TU)

15 r78TU is an invalid model/product. Is it an HP 15-r078tu Notebook PC ? Its specs

 No, you can't simply repair or replace motherboard. You have to buy new System board. If you wish, please use a list on page 66 of the following Guide to get the right part:
