Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

hi my daughter has formatted both drives on her hp stream laptop 14 now cant get anything on it how do i load drivers and windows s on it for her to use again

Hi:

 

See if the PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.

 

You will need to have access to another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive.
