well i have hp eliet pro book 8470p i cant install windows 8.1 bios administrater was locked due to so many times i typed hint questions  so unparrell allocation disk also not delting and not refreshing not cleanining fisr of all i nee dbios passowrd or else compltely  reset ho wcan i do that i cant open it jumper not cell iam not expert sir. can you give me details how can i reset bios administrater firt its an australian pc.

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you, since HP will no longer supply the required SMC.bin file that is used to clear the BIOS password.

 

That was the only way it could be done.

Most HP business notebooks including the one you have, do not generate system disabled codes.

 

Also, removing the CMOS battery will not clear the P/W.
