hp 655
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hp 655 bios error. I have tried CMOS and BIOS RESET without success , it still blinks the caplock button without showing the screen . i have also tried making a bootable usb with rufus but alas no success. please help

Failure during a BIOS upgrade turns your PC into an Electric Brick -- so none of the things you have tried will do any good.  The BIOS needs to be reflashed.

 

You can try following these instructions:  HP Notebook PCs - Restoring the BIOS | HP® Customer Support

 

But, if those don't work, you would need to take the laptop into a Service Center to get the BIOS replaced.
