Product: HP 250 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (511W4AV) 
My laptop won't turn on after increasing the memory from 8 to 16GB. I've already tried removing ram, changing ram, removing hard drive, waiting with no power, booting while holding ENTER.
on the left two steady white lights come on.
