Product: Example: hp envy m6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop was working fine then when i shut it down it started to blinking on capital lock 3 times long then i looked it up on internet so i had two 4gb rams i removed one then it started and then when i turned it off it saterted to blinking again then it didn't turned on i ordered a new ram then it booted up but now it sometimes turn on and sometimes won't whenever i shut it down it starts to blinking then i have to remove battery and power supply hold the power button for 30 secs then after 2 3 times it turn on why is this happening pls tell me
