Product: HP Notebook - 15-ay012nx (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so today my laptop wont boot up. when i open it, it automatically go to language and asking what language, and after that it will go to system recovery and theres an option to shutdown. but when i open it again the whole process repeats itself.

 

i searched for fix but its hard to find one

i dont know what to do pls help

to be exact its not actually language but keyboard layout
