Product: Pavilion X360 convertible

This blue screen showed up saying that my PC has ran into an error and needs to restart, then after some time the screen went black and that stayed for a long time, I don't remember but maybe the underscore showed up once on the left corner and then I ran out of patience and shut my laptop down and started it my self,  but it didn't boot and kept showing nothing. I tried it a few times. Every time I shut it down I can hear the beep noise but when I try to start it it doesn't make that noise. The caps lock light doesn't work so I know that it's not taking any input from the keyboard and I can hear it running from the air passage thing IDK wht u call it. Before I could hear it keep running but now I hear it and then it stops when the underscore shows up. The underscore has now started showing up a lot more like I guess every 10 secs not sure. I have unplugged the device and removed all USB extensions and everything. Can I know what is happening?  And what can I do this happened like an hour ago and I really need to be studying. I really need help.  'I HAVE AN EXAM TOMORROW PLEASE GET TO ME ASAP PLEASE.
