my son has a HP gaming 15-10000 laptop and it wont turn on, when he plugs the charger into it, it doesnt show its charging. i took it to Best Buy and the Geek Squad guy said either battery or charger i told him his brother has the same computer and he tried his charger  but it doesnt work either, so he said it was a battery issue and i had to get the batter directly from HP and then Besty Buy can install it for me. how do i order a new battery, i cant find anywhere on HP site to get a new battery or go about ordering one. Thank You
