As above - need an irst driver for 4J977EA / CH0500SA model I have found the drivers on the product page put them onto a FAT32 USB stick but they are not recognised by the system. The drive is the original drive from the system so I'm struggling why wiping it for reimaging has created this issue.. I have even tried the intel driver direct from their page ...

Driver files need to be extracted from a downloaded Intel RST driver softpaq and supplied to the Windows installer so that it detects a storage drive to install Windows on.
