Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I just bought an HP Intel Celeron Windows 11 Laptop. In the middle of the set up, is stopped & it won’t go any further. I have now idea what to do. I need help, Please!!!   There’s not a category listed that fits so I just chose one!!
