Hi i have HP 16 inch i9 laptop. it costed me above 2 lacks. The laptop is not working from 3rd October 2022 and i called the customer service and the said that it is due to the motherboard failure and also stated that the product is in care pack and service is free of cost and technician will visit in 3-5 business days. but today it is 15th day and they are saying the spare part (motherboard) is out out of stock and will take another more 15 days to reach my service center that too is expected.

                                 They costumer care is not able to give me a proper whether the part is available or not
