none of the ports charges unless I hold the connector in specific direction

I've got wireless  HP spectre x 360 convertible 13-ap0xxx. since a few days not being able to charge from either ports. I followed every advice provided with no effect. I couldn't find any fault in other parts like adaptor...... The only way I could charge is , I have to move the connector in different direction till the LED light turns on. As soon as I let the cable go, the light goes off. It is exact the same problem with Thunderbolt port. Your help is much appreciated.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 
This sounds like hardware related issue with the port connector and to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
