nvme not showing is bios, how can i install os in nvme

Check the manual if your Laptop supports NVMe. If it is not in the BIOS you can't use it as Boot-Drive.

NVMe requires native UEFI support, not BIOS.  If you only have BIOS, then you can not install and use Windows on an NVMe drive.
