The original operation system was lost. Can I recover that somehow? If yes, then from where?

Hi,
You have a couple of options. You can download Windows 10 from Microsoft (download media creation tool and create a bootable USB with OS on it) and perform a clean install.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
and then find software and drivers here

You can also try HP cloud recovery. Take a look here
