brand new pavalion 7mp82ua 3 weeks old cmos was already replaced recieved laptop back 10 days ago and now it runs slow will not sleep or hibernate just shuts down with power lite on for a while longer i did not have this prob when it was sent in to replace cmos.... rep from hp thinks os is corrupt thinks maybe malware..... no way
only thing i installed are cccleaner- firefox- nord vpn- nortons- proton email and tor browser
all showed safe and clean by nortons before loading- all have been used in other systems without prob no malware in them......... twice in a week hp updater updated bios and tried a thid time .. thats odd... could bios update not gone in correctly.....i bought hp extended warrenty if i can get refund on extended warrenty i can return laptop within 60 days other wise fix it ... every week a new major prob'''i bought hp printers for years and bought this... i will never again by a hp product if this is not resolved quickly

after posting this i saw a hp update was now available- so i clicked to install it- now for past 3 days it does what its suupposed to do ... so reversing bios or reinstalling os windows as advised was not nesessary.. as i dont have a recovery disc im gonna put os on a flash drive in case i need it someday. thanks for all that helped
