My chrimebook is power cycling help this is my first chromebook so I'm not sure how to fix it my samsung is easy as I just press f8.

What is the product number of your computer? (Ensure you don't share any personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc..). 

 

Please perform the below steps and check.

 

  1. Sign out of your Chromebook.
  2. Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
  3. Select Restart.
  4. In the box that appears, select Powerwash. Continue.
  5. Follow the steps that appear and sign in with your Google Account. ...
  6. Once you've reset your Chromebook:
