Product: ProBook 650 g1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 

 

I have bought a ProBook 650 g1 an when I wanted to update bios, the bios has a password and I don't know what password it is.

 

Can someone give an advice how to slve the problem?

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you, since HP will no longer supply the required SMC.bin file that is used to clear the BIOS password.

 

That was the only way it could be done.
