reset administrator BIOS password on HP 15-af121ca laptop, error code 1 80360482

Tried removing battery, RAM, harddrive etc. to reset BIOS password. after 3 password attempts shows error code [1  80360482]. anyone know how to get around this password as no one here seems to know what it is!
