Hi, I wanted to activate my laptop envy 360 fingerprint and other sign-in options but keeps on telling to try later, the set-up button is not even highlighted and I have already activated a password. Can someone please help?

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

- copy/paste to following key/values pairs:

 

OS Name
Version
System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )
BIOS Version/Date
SMBIOS Version
BaseBoard Model
BaseBoard Name


(2) Please report your results
