Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so, my laptop gets stuck on hp logo during restart until i shut it down with power button and turm it back on, it happens always during restart, but when i boot it up normally sometimes it gets stuck there too. i have disabled hybernation and fast startup but this has happened many times before i disabled it. and i am talking stuckk for about half an hour or an hour, no malware on laptop

That type of behavior is typical when an additional device is plugged into a USB port, for example.  It is waiting for an acknowledgement from another device before going on.  Be sure everything is disconnected to start trouble shooting this problem.

okay, it booted up normally but does this mean i have to always disconnect every usb port when restarting?

Try with each device separately, If there is more than one.

If there is only one, then "Yes".
