hi i installed a new nvme ssd m.2 drive sn750
after o installed my ssd my laptop doesnt boot up then
then i puted my old m.2 ssd my laptop boot up normally can you tell me whats the problem ??

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.
Only SATA M.2 SSD's are supported in your notebook's model series, not NVMe.
That is why the NVMe SSD you installed doesn''t work.

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.
Only SATA M.2 SSD's are supported in your notebook's model series, not NVMe.
