startup cannot completed

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Model HP 15 notebook PC
Product no. J8B82PA#ACJ
Ram 4gb
Hard disk 1tb HDD
Processor Intel core i3 1.70 GHz
Win does 8.1 64 bit

I saw your post that startup cannot be completed with your HP 15 Notebook PC. And, I am happy to look into this for you!

 

Please try the steps within this guide, Computer Does Not Start (Windows 8). If this does not resolve your issue the computer will need to be serviced.
