I am having this issue with my laptop.

 

when I try to switch on the laptop, I am asked to enter administrator password or power on password and when I try my old passwords, I get an error of system disabled with code [74448898] on a blank screen with a blue pop-up.

 

operating system: win 8.1 pro

 

product name: HP 250 i3-5005U

serial no. [Personal Information Removed]

product no. P4F79PT
