Product: HP Pavilion dv6-6102ax Entertainment Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Since updating windows 10, my laptop goes into a boot loop with a blue window and scroll wheel stuck. I have managed to go into safe mode and done various checks ie. Dism, Sfc, Chkdsk all passing without errors. I've found that if I uninstall my Amd Radeon 6600/6700M drivers and reboot the laptop boots into windows but with a different resolution. I can go into display and change that for the correct resolution. I know the laptop is years old but there must be away around this issue.
