Good day, we run an initialing check and give the next failure ID Q092W3-5SGAJM-MFKT01-C0E903 so wedlike to be suported for resolution thank you in advance.

That error code indicates that either battery has failed, or the charger, or both -- it does not tell us which.

 

The "resolution" is to replace the failing device.

 

I would disconnect the charger and then look at the battery level.  If that shows nearly fully charged, then it is most likely the charger -- and that would need to be replaced.
