i wped my laptop to factory. when i did it corrupted and i have to put a new windows on it. i create a windows boot usb but it says im missing drivers. what am i supposed to do to get the drivers so i can have my laptop fixed.

Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It make take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.

ok so it says that i dont have cloud recovery. my product number is 5qu27ua#aba.

There is something wrong with the 5qu27ua

All of my lookup fail.

 

Please provide a model number and double check the 5qu27u

Either it is too new a system to be in the database or it is too old and was removed.  Else number is wrong.
