Hi all, my first post so apologies

 

I have a P1102w Laserjet and have received a new router - the old one being u/s -

 

I have uninstalled the driver to reinstall as per HP recommendations online.

Driver was removed successfully however, I cannot get the downloaded driver to reinstall?

 

I have reset the computer numerous times. It will download, extract..... then nothing??

 

I tried downloading another random driver and this works, starts to install as you would expect?

 

Can anyone help at all?

Hi,

Right-click the Start button and select Run, then paste the following and press OK:

C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe
