Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have sent my laptop in early Oct. And it was received at 5th Oct. After getting email again and again saying the delivery date is postponed, I am getting mad rigth now. I did a scan of the laptop in another courntry saying it was the problem of the batery. I don'y understand why it takes so long to wait since it has been a month!!! I just made anthor call asking the condition of my laptop. The one I reached told me that they were missing a part. They ordered it but didn't receive it. Wherever it is from the earth, it doesn't make sense for a month to wait. The delivery date cannot be trusted since it kept changing all the time. My laptop was still in the warranty date. I donot know what are you guys doing for my laptop. It has been a month that I don't have a laptop to use, how long am I going to wait for more? Forever?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
