Здравствуйте,появилась ошибка жёсткого диска при запуске ноутбука.При запуске выполняется проверка и потом просто чёрный экран.Выполнил проверку через HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI ,выдало что ошибка заключена в коротком жёстком диске DST (Код ошибки:MCXL46-99PA8X-XD7W2K-60QQ03) и просят написать в службу поддержки.
