Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop has 12gb of ram installed a stick of 8gb and a stick of 4gb I don't know much about laptops and etc but only 5.92 of the ram is useable

Firstly, looked like the 4GB stick did not work, that gave your machine ONLY has 8GB and 5.92 of the ram is useable because the well known issue. Please check the following articles:

I also tried using another 8GB ram stick with my first 8GB stick It was still only at 5.92
