14s-dk0008ax support dual channel for ram? i've upgrade the ram to 16gb. On cpu-z it istates that the ram capacity is already 16GB but the channel still on Single. On SPD tab it states that the ram rank is dual. Can anyone can help me with this issue?

Unfortunately, you are limited in what you can do with memory upgrades by the laptop's BIOS.
If the BIOS ROM file is set to use installed memory modules in single channel by default you can't change it like you could in a DIY desktop PC.
Update: @antony_mg
If dual channel is possible, it will happen automatically if the memory modules are compatible and identical in every respect. (capacity, brand, format, brand, voltage and timings)

hi Erico.
Actually i've attach the memory tab from CPU-Z but it is block by the system, so it cannot be shown. yes both are identical, such as capacity, brand, voltage, timing, even the part number are the same.Only the serial number are different. That's why i'm confuse about it. any opinion about it?

That means that the notebook's system board and BIOS is not capable of running the memory in dual channel mode.
