Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was offered an extended warranty for which I'm interested, but I live in Puerto Rico and need to know if, in case of repairs, an authorized technician is available here.

There is a link there for Puerto Rico but it is only in Spanish -- and I don't speak that well enough to be able to decipher the page information.
