Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey My name is Alan. For some reason my 15-f272wm is not charging. The charging light is not appearing. I have already tried different outlets and tested them, they work. Right now it does not have charge at all and is dead. When it was on, it did not have a sign of being charged at all. Everything is plugged in. This started happening this morning.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

This could be an issue with a faulty AC Adapter and the battery drained out. Have you tried with a different AC Adapter yet?

If the issue persists with a different AC Adapter, then it would be an issue with the Motherboard
