Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everyone.

I bought a 17z laptop for my elderly mother a few years ago and it has been great.  Unfortunately, today I was checking it and when I opened it up, the left hinge broke and the case cracked quite severely.  Computer still works, but cannot close/open the lid without causing more damage.  Unfortunately, the warranty expired last year.

How can I get this repaired for her?

Unfortunately, the repair will be out of your pocket.

It will require replacement of the hinge ant the laptop enclosure part (upper or lower) which also is broken.

You can have it done at a  laptop repair shop.

I suggest leaving it open for the time being or the screen will also crack.
