My HP laptop developed a crack in the case near the left hand hinge and power switch over the christmas holiday
The problem is clearly a design fault which I tried to report to HP today (January 2nd) but was informed by the virtual assistant that my warranty had expired on December 31st - 2 days ago! and would offer no further help
How do I contact HP to discuss the warranty issue?
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
