Common problems for Battery

HP Recommended
Example: Spectre x360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After almost exactly 2 years, my notebook died while I was trying to go about my business day. I was entering data, and poof! The screen went blue then black. My IT professional says its unfixable, and suggested I contact HP. I did contact HP and they deferred to their warranty period. I never bought an extended warranty because I've had other laptops including the one I'm typing this message with, which I've owned for 11+ years with very minor issues.

I then treated myself to an HP product and it only lasted 24 months!! I paid way too much money for that to happen within 2 years.

HP needs to provide better support and back their products up better than they do. They can do better and should.

I am curious as to why you would use a consumer notebook when you are in an Enterprise environment.
