I am on Zoom calls but says I can not do virtual background.  Appears processor and/or Bios too old.  Can I upgrade ?

On that particular model with that AMD processor it is actually an APU which means the video is rendered in the processor itself. The A10-5745M is the second to the top APU that motherboard can use. You could install a A10-7300 which would give slightly better graphics and allow use of DDR3-1600 memory instead of DDR3-1333. You have F.33 BIOS and it can be upgraded to F.46 downloadable here:

The BIOS should have been upgraded to run Windows 10. I doubt the BIOS upgrade will make any difference with the video, however. The latest video driver is from 2015:

Zoom virtual background requires a more modern AMD processor. Ryzen is the minimum it appears.

We would need the exact model number but almost certainly the processor and video card (which is the problem) are soldered to the motherboard and not upgradeable. There is some chance a video driver update would do the trick. People are doing Zoom with background on some pretty low end old hardware. So a few more details are needed to fully address your issue.

If I send to HP center, would the remote and resodder  upgrade video from Radeon?

Thank you so much!  I did bios and driver update, but it appears new processor with graphic is my only option ...and with zero option to upgrade in this notebook, I am stuck.  I can justify the cost of new notebook only for zoom calls.  Guess a banner backdrop is only option.

Thank you!!
