Product: HP Envy 13-ba0505sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use a piece of software called FFPx. A second monitor (or projector) is essential for its use. It ran perfectly on my old HP laptop (also running windows 10 64bit), but refuses to "see" the 2nd monitor on the new laptop. Powerpoint and Lightroom see the 2nd monitor ok. I have updated all the drivers.

It also runs well on my HP desktop - an HP Envy Phoenix 810-211na (als running Windows 10 64bit)

What can be wrong?
