Hello All,
I am planning to buy the Omen 2020 (OMEN 15-ek0909nz Laptop) which seems to be a great package overall. However, I am not sure about the storage as it only has 512Gb capacity. (I use a 2TB SSD on my current laptop).
I have seen some sources that claim Omen 15 2020 has only 1 storage slot and does not have even have an option for a 2nd HDD/SSD. Looking at the HP manual, it also implies just one storage slot: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06638088
Is that really the case? Help appreciated.

No on this model there are two NVME compatible M.2 slots. One is to the left of the battery and one is to the right as seen with the rear cover removed.
Look at p. 33 and then p. 38 of the Manual. The specs also show a dual storage option with two NVME M.2 SSDs.
Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

You did answer my question and I ordered my Omen 15. Thanks.
2 questions:
1. If I buy and install an M2 SSD myself, does that void my warranty?
2. Is the laptop also SATA M2 SSD (e.g Samsung 860 EVO M2 SATA) compatible?
