Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 (2H5A6AV)

4 month old HP Pavilion and the hinge is broken by no fault of my own. This is sad. I need this laptop daily for my job and I call in and get told I need to send it in. it won't even close without it breaking more. I am so disappointed in HP. Telling me they can give me a loner after they receive the broken one. that does not help what so ever. Then I see all the lawsuits against HP. Maybe I need to just call my lawyer.
