I need to change storage mode to AHCI and couldn't find this option in the BIOS options.
How can I do this?

Hi:

 

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with two NVMe SSD's, which use a NVMe controller, configured in a RAID setup.

 

OMEN by HP 17-cb0020ng Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

HP has not provided any options to change the drive controller setting in consumer class notebooks for the last 10 years or more.
