I am writing to inquire about the possibility of upgrading my laptop. Currently, it has 4GB RAM and 1 TB HDD, I would like to know if it's feasible to upgrade it to 8 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD and Whether these upgrades are compatible with my laptop model.

Your model has an Intel Core processor, and according to your service manual, max 16 (2x8) GB DDR4-2133 is supported.

If you just want to add another 4 GB in the empty slot, you can install something like this.

Your model comes with an M.2 slot that supports SATA SSDs, not NVMe. So if you want a '256 GB SSD,' you can install a 256 GB M.2 SATA SSD.
Alternatively, you can replace the current 1 TB 2.5" hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD of any capacity you want.
Basically, M.2 SATA SSDs and 2.5" SATA SSDs both run at the same speeds.
