I want to add an SSD M.2. PCIe 3x4 in my Pavilion 15-bc415nq. I searched an found in the manual :
My questions are:
- can I add an SSD M.2. PCIe NVME ?
- the lenght of the M.2. SSD must be 50 mm ? Because on the market most of the SSDs are 80 mm lenght.
Thank you.

I have no idea who wrote those specs but its a standard 2280 form factor NVME M.2 disk. Here is a post from a while back where I found a picture of the HP Part number M.2 offered from the factory:
M.2 slot is right above and parallel to the side of the battery:
M.2 = red circle
You already have the service manual obviously. I suggest the Samsung Evo 970 but several different model NVME M.2 disks will work.
Post back with any other questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

Thank you for the quick and professional answer !
Sometimes manuals can get dizzy
I'll start search the market for an M.2. PCIe NVME SSD. My 10 years old son will be very happy having a fastest computer.
All the best !
