I have a 15-eg0025cl HP Pavilion 15.6" Touchscreen Laptop - 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 - GeForce MX450 and would like to know can I add another ssd into my laptop. It current has a 1TB ssd.

There won't be space to add another M.2 SSD.
You could upgrade to a 2TB NVMe M.2 SSD. I see them on NewEgg and other online vendors.
There is no optical drive, so using that bay for a caddy isn't an option.
