Your PC only has support for one M.2 NVMe SSD.

You can install 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory in your notebook although the service manual indicates it can only support 16 GB.

Maintenance and Service Guide

You can run this command in Windows Powershell as administrator to confirm how much memory your PC can support:

Get-CimInstance -ClassName Win32_PhysicalMemoryArray | Select-Object MaxCapacityEx, MemoryDevices

Thank you for the quick response. Now I need to make the decision to upgrade this laptop or invest in a newer model with larger SSD & more memory.

You're very welcome.

The price of 16 GB DDR4-3200 memory chips has almost doubled in the price it was selling for earlier this year:

Timetec 16GB DDR4 3200MHz (or 2933MHz or 2666MHz) PC4-25600 Non-ECC Unbuffered 1.2V CL22 2Rx8 Dual R...

You can replace the existing SSD with one having a greater storage capacity.

Pretty much the sky's the limit as long a the SSD is single-sided so it fits in the M.2 slot.

Your PC's NVMe SSD slot is Gen 3.0, but a Gen 4.0 SSD will work fine.

It just won't run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from the Gen 3 slot.

Thanks for the additional notes.
