Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has died, liquid spilled on it, was less than a year old but not economic to repair. I cannot source the exact same model now. Can anyone advise me p,ease of today's equivalent? I liked the size and lightweight plus the screen was great. It was ideal for my needs. Model was 5AT11EA

Screen was listed below. I am not technical minded so not really sure what all these mean but when researching I find a lot of the screens are listed as LCD backlit - is that the same as led backlit? Would really appreciate if anyone could advise me of a similar style model, price not the issue really I just loved what I had.
