Product: HP 14s DK1130au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After upgrading my HP 14s, and migrating my OS and files to a new SSD, and connecting the new SSD to the drive - the laptop improved its speed however it cannot read my external drive when connected to the USB port ( external drive is working fine in other computers), surprisingly it only reads the  USB thumb drive.  I will be very grateful if someone can answer me on this concern.  Thank you in advance.
