HP Pavilion x360 Convertible PC (model numbers: 13-s000 through 13-s099) Maintenance and Service Gui...

 

Your notebook can take up to 2 x 8 GB of memory for a total of 16 GB.

 

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info, and chapter 5 has the memory removal and replacement procedure.
